Acorns:
Acorns
can be used for hardwood reforestation. Depending on the species
they can be planted in the winter or early spring of the year.
Simply push them an inch or two into the ground and make sure they
are covered. Acorns can also be planted in containers, germinated
and grown under irrigation for a year.
We sell acorns for
educational purposes as well. School children use them in
science classes and the acorns are an excellent idea for Arbor Day
giveaways and fund raisers with environmental themes.
